Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with Elevate Girls Football, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Responsibility
Elevate Girls Football is committed to providing a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Football and physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury. Whilst every reasonable care is taken to ensure sessions are delivered safely, Elevate Girls Football accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained during participation.
Participants remain responsible for listening to instructions, following safety guidance and behaving appropriately throughout activities.
Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken during Elevate Girls Football activities for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
Images will only be used where parental consent has been provided during the booking process. Parents/carers can withdraw consent at any time by contacting Elevate Girls Football.
Clothing & Equipment
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring their child arrives appropriately prepared for the activity.
Participants should bring:
- Suitable football clothing and footwear
- Shin pads
- Plenty of water
- Any additional equipment specified within the booking information
Child Collection & Authorised Departure
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring appropriate collection arrangements are in place.
If someone other than the named parent/carer will be collecting a child, Elevate Girls Football must be notified in advance by email.
If a parent/carer wishes their child to leave an activity independently (for example, walking home), written parental permission must be provided by email before the session begins.
Once a child has left the activity independently with prior written permission, responsibility transfers back to the parent/carer.
Any late collection may incur an additional charge.
Medical Information
All medical conditions, allergies, injuries, additional needs and regular medication must be declared during the booking process.
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
Any medication required during an activity must be brought by the participant, clearly labelled and stored in accordance with instructions provided during booking.
Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, parents/carers authorise Elevate Girls Football to seek emergency medical treatment considered necessary for their child.
Parents/carers will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
Allergies & Emergency Medication
Parents/carers must inform Elevate Girls Football of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their child’s participation.
If a participant carries an EpiPen or other emergency medication, this must be clearly declared during booking.
Elevate Girls Football staff are not currently medically trained to administer EpiPens. However, where a parent/carer provides written medical authorisation, including clear instructions, signature and date, staff may assist in accordance with those instructions in an emergency situation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 48 hours’ notice
Where cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the activity begins, parents/carers may choose either:
- A full refund, minus any booking costs, to the original payment method; or
- A credit towards a future Elevate Girls Football activity.
Less than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity start time are non-refundable.
Adverse Weather Conditions
The safety and enjoyment of our players is our top priority. Football is an outdoor sport, and as such, our sessions are designed to continue in a range of weather conditions.
Our coaches will always adapt training appropriately to ensure activities are safe and engaging — this may include modifying drills, moving to sheltered areas where possible, or adjusting the schedule to suit the weather.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if sessions go ahead as planned despite adverse weather conditions. Camps will only be cancelled if the weather presents a genuine safety risk (e.g. extreme storms, lightning, or unsafe playing surfaces). In the rare event that a session must be cancelled for safety reasons, we will notify parents as soon as possible and outline any alternative arrangements if at all possible.
Behaviour & Respect
Elevate Girls Football is committed to creating a positive, inclusive and respectful environment where every participant feels valued and supported.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:
- Places themselves or others at risk
- Prevents others from enjoying the activity
- Is consistently disruptive or disrespectful
In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.

Only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.
