A structured coaching development pathway for aspiring young female coaches, designed to build confidence, leadership and real-world coaching experience within a supported environment.

Participants gain hands-on experience across Elevate sessions and events, working alongside qualified coaches while learning how to plan, deliver and support high-quality coaching.

Alongside practical experience, the programme includes mentorship and guidance, as well as support towards relevant coaching qualifications where appropriate.

The aim is to create a clear pathway into coaching — developing the next generation of female leaders within the game.

Elevate brings it to life

The Elevate Coaching Academy model is built around real experience.
Participants gain hands-on learning by working alongside qualified Elevate coaches at weekly sessions, holiday camps and events. They are supported through ongoing mentorship in a safe, structured environment, developing communication, leadership and coaching skills in real football settings.

Through this experience, girls build confidence, gain practical knowledge, and take their first steps into coaching and leadership within football.
